Melanie MOUTON, 29 years old, is a painter and ceramist.

Ceramist of art, she made her studies at the school of the Génie civil in ANTIBES, CAP Décoration Céramique and Brevet des Métiers d'arts. She has continued her formation, which has now lasted for more than 10 years, with AIELLO Claude who is an "Artisant Master" Ceramist in VALLAURIS.

Passionate for the art, she acquired various techniques and often plays with the details and the balance. Her sculptures are an example.

Self-taught, she discovered a passion for painting approximately 15 years ago.

She enjoys different forms of painting, Contemporary, Abstract and Figurative as well as plastic arts.

She perfected her skills in painting "nudes" at the Beaux-Arts of Vallauris (06), at the Espace Grandjean.

She is the creator of a collection of pottery for a potter at Mouans-sartoux (06), appearance in various arts center such as Beaulieu sur Mer (06), Rouret (06), expositions in well known places such as " Le Mas d' Artigny " at St Paul de Vence (06) with AIELLO Claude, the " Radisson" in Nice (06), the " Palm Beach" in Cannes (06), the " Golf Country Club" of Grasse (06), and she has taken part in events such as " Le Salon d'Art d' art contemporain" at the " Palm Beach" in Cannes (06), and in contests such as " Orange tree gallery" in Seillans (83). She knows what her audience is waiting for and thus translates their desires and the emotions into her work.

She expresses herself in figurative art as well as abstract, but always with a preference for art which expresses a feeling.

Mélanie MOUTON develops an aesthetic nourished by her various moods so she finds inspiration in the various subjects of life. Her work often has a hidden meaning.

Her many influences are found in her art and we are disconcerted by the dissimilar styles in her various paintings, but behind this artistic expression, one finds the same voice, which wants us to dream and reflect…
